Billing Assistance for Dental Offices

Dental offices may call the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) for questions pertaining to ABCD billing. The Medical Assistance Unit of DSHS is dedicated and committed to assisting dental providers with all billing questions in a timely, competent manner.

Personnel will even come into your office at no charge to assist with billing set-up, understanding and answering questions. You may choose to call to have questions answered. If talking directly to a person, or if leaving a message, ask them to call you back so the cost of the call appears on their bill, not yours.
