ABCD Pre-stamped Postcards

The ABCD Steering Committee has approved the printing of postcards, which should ease the work of front office employees by having a convenient method of communicating with ABCD staff. Previously, the ABCD staff had no way of knowing whom the parents chose as the dentist for their child. And while many offices have been great about sending lists of new patients and calling in no-shows, the post cards will make such communication much easier:

• Parent fills out the top three lines
• Stamp/write your dental office name
• If a no-show, please date
• Comment only if you wish
• Drop the pre-stamped postcard in your out-going mail
